焊接：使用惰性氣體氬氣，經(jīng)機(jī)器人自動(dòng)焊接手高精度焊接，具有抗拉強(qiáng)度高、不斷裂、不變形的優(yōu)點(diǎn)；
表面處理：硬質(zhì)氧化處理，形成厚度≥66μm的氧化膜，具有防腐，防滑，防磨等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；
檢測(cè)：通過動(dòng)平衡測(cè)試，保證盤頭整經(jīng)時(shí)同心，不晃動(dòng)。
FEATURES
This product adopts super hard aluminum alloy formula, suitable for all kinds of cotton, wool textile synthetic fiber and chemical fiber warping. The barrel is made of high strength aluminum alloy and forged by low pressure centrifugal forging. After heat treatment , the barrel has the best rigidity and durablity.
This product passes the dynamic balance test; the disk head is hard oxided, anti-corrosion, anti-wear; the thickness of the oxide film is more than 66μm. our disk head cutter is unable to enter.
